Week 9 – Limiting beliefs and your inner critic
Week 10 – Self-compassion and habitual relapse

Closer look at carbohydrates
An Introduction to Carbohydrates
You will now understand the foods that contain carbohydrate and no not contain carbohydrate. Plus you will understand how carbohydrate affect a hormone called insulin - This is the primary hormone involved in weight-loss.
Different Dietary Approaches
You will come away with the understanding of different different dietary approaches, including Mediterranean, Low Carb, Ketogenic and Fasting. You will the be given the information to start to think about which dietary approach may work the best for you - it is never a one size fits all.
Why Fats do not make you Fat....
You will come away understanding what are healthy and unhealthy fats. You will also understand why healthy fats do not make you fat.
Reading Food Labels and Gut Bacteria
You will come away with more of an understanding of how to read food labels. Please note: some of the references to food labels are related to food labels in England.Also, in this video you will also start to understand the importance of gut bacteria and the role a healthy gut has one weight-loss
Stress, Sleep and Physical Activity
Start to understand how stress, sleep and physical exercise can impact your weight-loss journey.
Value, Obstacles and Goals
