Welcome to Section #1 of "How to Navigate A Gluten FREE Lifestyle". I'm Martina Desgouttes, your holistic health educator for this course. This session was originally schedule to be lecture #12, but I wanted to share my reason for designing this course and my journey with gluten sensitivity. I look forward to seeing you in lecture #2.

Welcome to lecture 4 Why the Gluten Free Craze. This lecture discusses GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) super wheat used by food manufacturers and the connection to gluten related illnesses and diseases.
