In a simple 2 hour course you will get 15 entertaining lectures to start your healthy journey.

Changing any lifestyle requires a goal and that also requires goal setting skills. You need to go into your goal with an open mind and the mentality that life and eating healthy is always a work in progress. 
The Main Macronutrients
Macronutrients include fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Also discussed is alcohol and the impact that "liquid fat" has on your body. 
The Micronutrients
Micronutrients are the vitamins and minerals that are a part of a healthy diet. Supplements are not always needed but can give you an extra boost when used and taken properly.
Water
Water is more than 50% of your body, regardless if you like water, it is needed for both the insides and outsides of your body. It allows for the systems of the human body to actually operate and function properly.
