Welcome to Everyday Nutrition: Achieve Life-Long Health and Wellbeing. 

In a world of sensational headlines, 'superfoods' and juice diets, it can be difficult to tell the good information from the bad. 

We're on a mission to transform the way people do health and fitness. So, we've created this course to take you a journey of discovery through the complex world of nutrition and health. From energy balance and weight loss, to meal making and supplements - we've covered all the main pillars of nutrition to help you gain accurate knowledge and advice on healthy eating over your lifetime. 

Using the most up-to-date nutritional science, we've created an easy-to-digest and accessible course that anybody can learn from. We've taken research from world-leading universities and put this into a form that you can understand and use for yourself. 

This course was created by our nutrition expert, Dan. He has spent years studying exercise science and working with clients to help them improve their health and wellbeing. Dan has studied to Ph.D. level, and currently has the following qualifications:

  • M.Sc. Exercise and Sports Sciences
  • B.Sc. (Hons.) Sports Science
  • Certified Nutrition Coach (Pn1) 
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

We take a look at the only set of scales you'll ever really need, and answer the question, 'what is healthy eating?'. We also attempt to demonstrate that you can't always rely on information obtained from news headlines or online articles when it comes to your physical health.This video serves as the first stop of the myth-busting journey through the world of nutrition. We hope that you enjoy it, and take something new away that will help you to live a healthier, happier life in the long-term.

We all get old at some point. What we do to our bodies now in terms of physical activity and nutrition will play a central role in how healthily we age. This video is aimed at helping you discover just how you can do that.

In this video, we debunk some of the myths surrounding nutritional supplements. You'll discover how you can decide whether you need to take a supplement, how to choose the best information sources to go to, and which supplements we recommend for adults of any age (hint: there's only three!). At the end of this video, we'll take you on a whistle-stop tour of all the previous videos to tie them all together.
