We also produce Kambucha and Jamu. These drinks are probiotics and they help to lose weight. Jamu for ex. is made by ginger, Curcuma, etc..

For prior when you start you 5 smoothie days please:• Abstain from caffeine. I know right? For somepeoplethis will be very difficult. So start now, if you are severely addicted to caffeine. Reduce the amount. If you have three coffees have one, and then try and have none towards the end of the week. Try replacing with green tea, or herbal teas. If you are suffering severe headaches or withdrawal symptoms, green tea is a good way to satisfy that caffeine hit, in a less intense and addictive way.• Please reduce the amount you smoke. We ideally would prefer if you do smoke to not smoke in these times of detox, although we know for some people this may render the idea of a detox impossible. We do not want to scare people away! We believe small, maintainable changes are the best way to make life transformations. One step at a time, remember to be kind on yourself the wheels are in motion you are now redirecting your life to the path that you want to live.• No alcohol and drugsplease. Please reduce or do not drink alcoholonthis week prior to the cleanse. Remember thepre cleanseis about starting a detox in a slowway,so that the week where you are juicing you will not experienceasintense symptoms.• We understand that you may be on medication from doctors we do not recommend from abstaining from these without the guidance of a trained healthcare professional.• Eat a whole food diet. This means please do not eat things from packets, or with masses of ingredients. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetable, nuts and gluten-free grains. Sea vegetables are very balancing for the body and the mind.• Meals to be derived around steamed or lightly fried (in coconut oil or ghee) vegetables, raw vegetablesandsalads.• You can eatgluten freegrains such as quinoa, millet, buckwheat, brown rice.• Nuts and seeds such as almonds, linseed, flaxseed, pepitas, sunflower seeds should be consumed but in moderation.• Good fats such asavocado’scan still be consumed.• Please cut all refined carbohydrates, sugarsandgrains. These are things such as “raw sugar”, cane sugar, white sugar, white bread, white rice, honey.• Please refrain from drinking and eating soy products.• Please eliminate artificial sweeteners and chemicals.• Please only eat free range and organic eggs.• Eliminate meat and dairy from your diet.WE ALSORECOMMENEND:•In the morning on rising please start the day with a glass of hot water and lemon juice, this helps to activate the metabolism, increase digestive functioning and also help the liver to start the detoxifying processes in the body.•Drink at least threelitresof pure filtered water, please refrain from tap water if possible and do not drink from plastic bottles that contain harmful BPA toxins . Glass bottles are the safest, please invest in a BPA free water bottle and if you can a good water filter system.•Incorporate exercise into your daily routine, if you are already doing this fantastic. If not then try to add some gentle exercise. This could be bush walks, yoga, running, swimming. Try and pick something that you enjoy.If you have a family maybe it can be something that you can do with a partner and family.•Have a close look at the chemical you are ingesting via your skin, hair and respiratory system in your daily life. Chemicals are everywhere in our lives, no matter how pure our diets and lifestyles are it does not mean that will be completely toxin free. Look at things such as your toothpaste, shampoos, body washes, deodorants, cleaning products in your house.•If you can change anything please use natural deodorants andtoothpastes. Instead of using chemical ladenmoisturiserstry using alternatives such as coconut oils, makes your own shampoo with apple cider vinegar infused with rosemary.
