Zentangles are abstract drawings, realised from repetitive structured patterns.Creating these wonderful abstract drawings is an enjoyable experience that anybody can do, however, younger ones might need some adult guidance.Like mandalas, creating Zentangles is a form of active meditation. Creating Mandalas
This is a perfect way to try active meditation.Mandalas are simply magical to create. Although they look really complicated, they are as easy or as complex as you want them to be.Drawing and colouring-in a mandala, can be very therapeutic.You can design a mandala to symbolise a state of mind that you would like to achieve.Creating Mandalas can be enjoyed by everyone, however, younger ones might need some adult guidance.Be sure to access the resource available in the downloads section of this lecture.
